Elaine joined the Ardenwoods family in 2012 as the Human Resources Director, and recently became the Move-In Coordinator for Heather Glen at Ardenwoods in addition to her HR role. As the Move-In Coordinator, Elaine works with families to find a home at Heather Glen. Elaine has over 15 years of experience in the human resources field and has a marketing degree from Mars Hill College. Elaine is passionate about the well-being of animals and enjoys spending time with her two spoiled cats and stinking cute dog, Buddy!
