Physical activity is one of the single most effective strategies for remaining healthy and happy. People who exercise tend to have improved immune and digestive functioning, better blood pressure and bone density, and a lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease, heart disease, osteoporosis, and certain cancers.
Enhance your mobility, flexibility, and balance by joining in on an Ardenwoods fitness class taught by one of our own instructors.
This class is for all levels of fitness and requires no equipment.
Liz Ridley is a certified Silver Sneakers instructor and a level 2 instructor with the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association.
